The guys i worked with at Dothan Powersports helped me out a lot when I was calling them from overseas.I was getting info on the bike and they answered everything I asked. "I did a ittle research and then went down to you guys to look. Mark Cannon is great when it comes to product knowledge and being able to size a person up to the ride they need. I love the Shadow and am amazed at the way I was handled from the first step into the showroom to the time we loaded it on the trailer. All the people there are courteous and seem to genuinly care about the customer. I purchased a helment from the store and even the use of it and crash durability was explained. I will definitly refer interested customers to you guys."

"I had my V92C (1999) serviced at your location this last week. I picked up my bike, left and not 6 miles down the road, it shut down! It was 545pm on Friday night. I immediately called the service dept and spoke with Ed. Ed had signed in my bike the day before. I explained where I was and what had happened and that I was stranded. He told me he would get right back with me, to standby. I waited 5 minutes and began to get anxious, so I called back. He explained that he was coordinating a 'rescue' and not to worry, ( I was worried about the time as Serivce closed at 6pm), he would not leave me standed.
I immediately felt better. About 15 minutes after this last call, here comes a trailer from Powersports.
We loaded up my Victory and headed back to Powersports. THere was Ed and Jay. They immediately looked at the bike to see if they could identify the electrical failure ( of course they could not). I asked when I could get my bike back as I had an event the next day. Jay said he could not guarantee anything until they looked the bike over.
Well, Jay had Chris the mechanic come in the next morning and they found a blown fuse. I had my bike back on the road by 10am. Please thank Ed for his reassurance and professinonalism. He is an excellent representative of your company. thank Jay and Chris for their support and professionalism too. You have quite a team there....
Again, thank you all for all you did to get me going. It is service that makes people come back. I have been a Vicotry owner since the beginning (1999) and very proud to tell others about Dothan Power Sports and the great group they have working for them."
